The Fine Art Photography Orca Gallery is an exciting new attraction located in the coastal community of Port McNeill on Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Featuring stunning fine art photography by award winning nature and wildlife photographer Rolf Hicker. Rolf is well known for his photography of marine mammals and has one of the most extensive whale portfolios, having spent more than 20 years photographing on Northern Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
His images appear regularly in publications such as National Geographic. Visitors are invited to stroll through this tastefully decorated gallery and enjoy the visual displays at their leisure. There are also some great in-store gift ideas including framed art, custom made mugs, mousepads, trays, and much more.
Exclusive to the Fine Art Photography Orca Gallery is a 25 minute show featuring unique and never seen before, underwater video footage of Killer Whales traveling at 20 knots beneath the boats. This footage has been recorded over of a period of 7 years from the Northern Vancouver Island region.
The Orca Gallery is open daily from July - October (winter please phone) 9:00am until 7:00pm and is located in the main shopping centre in Campbell Way - between Just Art and the Liquor Store. Groups and families are welcome.

Port McNeill is located at the northern end of Vancouver Island along the Island Highway. 200kms (124 miles) north of Campbell River - approximately 2 hours, and 50kms (31miles) south of Port Hardy - approximately 40 minutes.
